This event was added for the morning of WOW weekend to send recognition to the incredible all-volunteer, non-profit library in town. (*) So all weekend and today guests will be able to purchase a signed copy of Dishing Up Oregon Cookbook, in which we have a section. Proceeds from those sales go to our CB LIBRARY.
Chili Piquillo pepper relleno with smoky ancho pepper tomato sauce;
fried potatoes; house made chicken pecan sausage; avocado tomatillo salsa
Spinach chop salad with bacon, egg, red onion, big toasted crouton
Coconut con leche almond cake, whipped cream,
chocolate sorbet & toasted pepitas
(*) Once a long time ago Bob and Lenore discovered that small towns with public libraries were more like the ones in which they might enjoy living. Now with all things internet, we believe more than ever in the importance of our public libraries that bring balance and respect for books. Please drop by our library just a few steps from EVOO and help preserve this important tradition.
Any of our shows or class experiences can be designed just for your private party. (*) Imagine having a room of your friends watching and dining during the Dinner Show or with aprons on and hands into the dough during a private PASTA 101 semi-hands-on class. Private experiences can be arranged by speaking directly with one of our representatives. See our suggestions for a private event page to learn more about the possibilities.
(*)Private groups of ten or less may join the regular scheduled classes and are expected to pay the regular price per person, gratuity optional. Groups of 11 or more constitute a private event, and our pricing for those experiences depends upon the date, number in the party, type of experience, and of course, the menu. A service fee is always applied.
