SMALL PLATES WITH WINE--ENCORE RECEPTION & PARTY

In celebration of our tenth year anniversary we are doing this small plates and wine/beer party giving first choice to ENCORE members! So how do you become an ENCORE member? see below *

It was August 14, 2oo4 when we first opened our doors and our first meals were “SMALL PLATES WITH WINES” including five small plates paired with four wines!

Tonight Bob will prepare the six small plates, and they will be delivered to you by our servers.  Our open bar includes food friendly wines such as our label, Chef’s Blend Red Table Wine, wines by Chateau Ste Michelle from Washington state, some Oregon vintners, some Northwest micro beers, Wine Country Sodas, and coffee.

Here’s the small plates menu:

1-Ginger crab cake atop fried green tomato topped with spicy aioli

2-Mediterranean chicken on romaine salad dressed with anchovy cream on grilled flatbread, and shards of provolone cheese (finger food and fabulous)

3-Hot smoked salmon, blackberry catsup, chili cornbread mini muffin
`

4-Oregon shrimp with avocado, tomato gazpacho salsa, lime cream and EVOO fresh fennel sticks
`

5-Grilled vegetable & cotija cheese tamale, with Basque pulled pork; crispy tostada
`

6-Slider of lamb-potato sausage on mini brioche buns with tomato jam and fried Japanese eggplant
`

7-Chocolate sour cream cake with ganache and cream, raspberries,
Almond brittle

8-Take-away bag of mini cookies featuring coriander-ginger-oatmeal

*Prerequisite for becoming an ENCORE member is to have been a guest at one of our shows! Yes, just one. Then go to our home page and find ENCORE at the top of the page–on the navigation bar. Or click here and fill in all the fields. When the email comes that asks if you mean to be an ENCORE member, say yes! That is all it takes! Members get first choice for all events! 


Private Events

Any of our shows or class experiences can be designed just for your private party. (*) Imagine  having a room of your friends watching and dining during the Dinner Show or with aprons on and hands into the dough during a private PASTA 101 semi-hands-on class. Private experiences can be arranged by speaking directly with one of our representatives. See our CUSTOM EVENTS page to learn more about the possibilities.

 

(*)Private groups of ten or less may join the regular scheduled classes and are expected to pay the regular price per person, gratuity optional.  Groups of 11 or more constitute a private event, and our pricing for those experiences depends upon the date, number in the party, type of experience, and of course, the menu. A service fee is always applied.
