Sous-Chef of the Day Experience

“Sous-chef” means under (the) chef. Not for everyone, this experience is aimed at the home cook who wants to take their culinary development up a notch! It is the perfect way to decide if you want to transfer your love of cooking to a cooking profession. Simply call Chef Bob to discuss your interests and skill level. You decide together what date to be our SOD. 1-877-436-EVOO (3866) and we take only one SOD per day so you receive all the attention!

A typical day includes making the artisan bread and dessert, and doing all the prep-work for that night’s dinner show menu. You start at 10:00 am, work and have lunch with our crew and finish about 5:00 pm. You and your spouse and friends may sign up for that evening’s dinner show experience to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

TUITION for the SOD experience is $150 for one-on-one cooking instruction and lunch with our staff.  Dinner for the evening show is $100 additional for you and full price for your guests.

Private Events

Any of our shows or class experiences can be designed just for your private party. (*) Imagine  having a room of your friends watching and dining during the Dinner Show or with aprons on and hands into the dough during a private PASTA 101 semi-hands-on class. Private experiences can be arranged by speaking directly with one of our representatives. See our CUSTOM EVENTS page to learn more about the possibilities.

 

(*)Private groups of ten or less may join the regular scheduled classes and are expected to pay the regular price per person, gratuity optional.  Groups of 11 or more constitute a private event, and our pricing for those experiences depends upon the date, number in the party, type of experience, and of course, the menu. A service fee is always applied.
