Potato and green onion pancakes with hot smoked salmon, horseradish crème fraiche, chunky apple butter
Wine: J. Scott 2011 Sauvignon blanc

Semolina gnocchi with wild foraged garlicky mushrooms, gorgonzola dolce, toasted walnuts and white balsamic glazed sultanas
Wine: Four vines 2010 petite Syrah

Lime-cumino brined duck breast, Moroccan Delicata, Cinderella squash with pine nuts and pomegranate
Wine:Abacela 2011 Grenache rose

Roasted strip loin of beef with rosemary shoots and mustard demi, pan roasted farro with cippoline onions and peppered bacon, Tuscan kale with fresh water chestnuts and citrus
Wine: Angel vines 2009 Columbia valley Zinfandel

Pumpkin cream cheese tarts with espresso whipped cream & coriander ice cream and cocoa nib brittle
Coffee: Caffe Umbria Mezzanote Decaf

Surprise: On thanksgiving day only take away a special late night treat for when you get home. Some might say this is the best part of Thanksgiving.

Any of our shows or class experiences can be designed just for your private party. (*) Imagine  having a room of your friends watching and dining during the Dinner Show or with aprons on and hands into the dough during a private PASTA 101 semi-hands-on class. Private experiences can be arranged by speaking directly with one of our representatives. See our CUSTOM EVENTS page to learn more about the possibilities.

 

(*)Private groups of ten or less may join the regular scheduled classes and are expected to pay the regular price per person, gratuity optional.  Groups of 11 or more constitute a private event, and our pricing for those experiences depends upon the date, number in the party, type of experience, and of course, the menu. A service fee is always applied.
