The LUNCH SHOW came to be simply because some nights we are not doing a dinner show!
The menus are more typical of prix fixe, or set menus. Ours always includes appetizer, main entree and dessert. Sometimes we have a fourth menu item after the main, such as a cheese course or a salad or combination of both. And as always, of course, “The Show” is included!
Wine, too, is included, and beer or non alcoholic options may be substituted. Sometimes we give a choice of entree, and always we have an alternative for guests who eat vegetarian, or who prefer the vegetarian option. Since we are a “whole foods” kitchen, meaning we start recipes from scratch daily, we are able to make minor adjustments for those with allergies when we know in advance.
Pricing and start times do vary with each menu and occasion.
Here are THE LUNCH SHOW MENUS–Note the next show is listed first:

Any of our shows or class experiences can be designed just for your private party. (*) Imagine having a room of your friends watching and dining during the Dinner Show or with aprons on and hands into the dough during a private PASTA 101 semi-hands-on class. Private experiences can be arranged by speaking directly with one of our representatives. See our suggestions for a private event page to learn more about the possibilities.
(*)Private groups of ten or less may join the regular scheduled classes and are expected to pay the regular price per person, gratuity optional. Groups of 11 or more constitute a private event, and our pricing for those experiences depends upon the date, number in the party, type of experience, and of course, the menu. A service fee is always applied.
