THE TUSCAN CULINARY TOUR

With EVOO Cannon Beach Cooking School 2011

October 16-23, 2011: SOLD OUT
October 23-30, 2011: SOLD OUT

Dear friends and fellow foodies:

We are ready to take our taste buds abroad for a totally private guided food and wine experience in Tuscany. Our charming Italian experienced tour guide, now Portland resident, Paola Roselli, has done all the legwork for EVOO guests to enjoy unique intimate experiences with small farms and locally produced Italian foods and wines. You will enjoy the many food experiences designed just for our party. It is a comprehensive culinary trip so you might say Chef Bob is power dining and cooking throughout Tuscany for this entire week!

Just think about it! Six nights in a castle style villa owned by two chefs! Breakfast provided daily and often lunch and dinners. We have only one evening dinner on our own! Of course we want to get our hands dirty, and our itinerary ensures that, too. We have two full hands-on dinner classes at our villa, and shorter hands-on experiences in making gnocchi, sausage, ricotta, and Tuscan bread in the Tuscan countryside. We arrive in time for the Tuscany olive harvest and pressing for our personal favorite ingredient, EVOO!

You make your own arrangements to get to Florence by Oct 17, 2011 or Oct 24, 2011 where we meet our tour guide and transportation to the villa where we stay comfortably for six nights until departure on October 23,2011 or Oct 30,2011. Of course you may stay longer or arrive earlier, depending upon your time available. Our guide is available to help with arrangements for additional lodging and help for days outside of this trip. Send us an email if you would like additional travel assistance from Paola.
