FLAVORS OF SOUTHERN SPAIN

Note: Most of Bob’s Blends do not have salt in them; it is added to whatever the spice mix is going with. Add to taste. This way you may add more spice if needed without getting the product too salty.


Ingredients:

2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
3 tablespoons ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground caraway
3 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground fennel

Ingredients:

Blend together. Place in clean jar with tight lid. Will keep several months in dark cool place.
