CHOCOLATE GANACHE


Ingredients:

4 ounce heavy cream, 1/2 cup
4 ounce whole milk, 1/2 cup
1 ounce butter, salted okay, 2 tablespoons
1 ounce sugar or 2 tablespoons
4 ounce bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces

Method:

Place all ingredients except chocolate into heavy bottom saucepan; bring to simmer. Turn off heat. Add chocolate. Let chocolate melt completely, then stir to make smooth; serve.
