PAN SEARED TOURNEDOS OF BEEF


Ingredients:

8 each tenderloin beef filets, 2-3 ounce filets
As needed sea salt, ground coriander
EVOO

Method:

Season tournedos and allow to sit for 15 minutes before cooking; heat sauté pan with EVOO and sear filet, season side down until filet is seared; turn and finish cooking to desired temperature.
