1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugardash sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 TBS salted butter

Method: place apples in a large mixing bowl; combine cinnamon and sugar in a separate bowl and mix to combine — place enough sugar mixture over apples to sweeten; add salt, vanilla and coriander to apples; toss well to combine.
Place apple mixture over rolled out, 12" circle of pie crust OR about 2 TBS per 6 each 4" circles; gather and fold crust over filling, leaving the center open and rustic; place on sheet pan and bake at 350ºF for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown; let cool for 10 minutes on wire rack before serving. May be served at room temperature.
