Grilled Coriander Salmon
1 lb. salmon block cut about 2 inch wide by 3 inch long and 4 oz each.

As needed and to taste, EVOO, coriander, black pepper and sea salt

Method: Prepare salmon by brushing with EVOO and season with sea salt, coriander and pepper; preheat pan or grill; place 2 TBS EVOO in pan and sear salmon top side down; cook 3 minutes; turn over and cook approximately 1-2 minutes longer; serve immediately.
