2 cups AP flour
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 TBS sugar
4 oz. shortening
4 oz. butter
1/2 cup iced water
Method: combine flour and salt and sugar; mix to incorporate; add both fats and using a pastry blender, cut into flour; add enough water to bind; place in plastic film and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
